Their son’s name has multiple meanings for the couple, with David being a nod to Hayes' father and Asher a nod to Pinky’s father. Cole and Hayes intended to call their little one Dash, a combination of their son’s two names put together.

“For the last two weeks, every time I looked at my phone, I kept seeing triple digits,” Cole tells PEOPLE. “And then Dash was born, so it was divine. I can’t believe that I am a mom of 3 under 3 all while being a wife and entrepreneur.”
“It’s not easy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My children make me better and [I] want to work hard to provide them the life I never had.”
Cole and Hayes are already parents to daughter D Ella, 2, and son Derrick Hayes Jr., 17 months. Hayes is also dad to two daughters from previous relationships.
“I used to think I couldn’t make anything but girls, but now I have two sons that I will raise to be kings,” Hayes says.
“Having sons made me want to go harder in life to teach them how to be REAL men. When I looked into my new son David’s eyes, I promised him that I will be the best father I can be for him and his siblings. I am confident my sons will be the best version of me.”
“On April Fools, I posted a pregnant belly and I was not pregnant then. And then on the 8th I took a test and I found out that I was really pregnant,” she told PEOPLE. “I’m like, ‘This is my karma.'”
The founder of the plant-based burger chain joked that she’s “like a serial pregnant lady,” noting that she’s quite used to being pregnant as she’s had her babies back-to-back over the past three years.
“I’m more used to being pregnant than not pregnant,” she said with a laugh.
Speaking about the moment she announced her third pregnancy at her wedding, Cole recalled hearing a “gasp of air” from her guests.
“Nobody knew that I was pregnant until I announced it, and I wasn’t really showing in my dress,” she explained. “The gasp of air that people took when I said that I was pregnant — I don’t think anybody expected that. I wanted it to be a moment where everybody found out.”
