Maren MorrisandRyan Hurdhave determined child support and custody of their son.
As part of their agreement, the former couple came up with a parenting plan, which has them split their time with their 3½-year-old son Hayes Andrew evenly. Morris is also required to pay $2,100 a month in child support.

Last month, the musician opened up abouther experience with postpartum depressionwhile appearing onThe Howard Stern Show. Discussing how she chopped off her long locks, Morris said that she “cut all the trauma out of her hair.”
After hostHoward Stern, 69, asked Morris about what trauma she was referring to, the singer noted that she hasn’t seen Stern since she had her son in March 2020, but that she’s been very public abouther experience with depression.
“I think I was just starting to make very little sense to myself and to people around me,” she said when asked about her depression. “I felt useless in the way of I couldn’t work. I couldn’t tour. Everything got canceled.”
She went on to share that getting prescribed medication helped her.
“It’s like you’re living in the negative, the red, for a long time without realizing it. That your supply is so depleted of just serotonin, dopamine and a lot of that is just chemical.”
For Halloween this year, the “My Church” singer-songwriter shared a snippet of how she spent the holiday on her Instagram Story, showing herself with her estranged husband and their son Hayes trick-or-treating.
In theblack-and-white photo, Morris smiled widely as she held on to her son’s hand and what appeared to be a bag of candy in another.
The little boy’s face was blocked out with a heart, but he could be seen wearing adorable pants that transformed into a dinosaur body and head at his waist.
