Williams, 21, stepped on the red carpet at the N.Y.C. premiere in a navy organza Miu Miu gown with a flounced skirt embroidered with crystal and wore her lavender hair in an undone up-do accented with a pretty black bow.
“Just as her character on the show has evolved and changed, so has Maisie‘s beauty looks over the years, and I think this was the perfect way to start off the final season,” Mann tells PEOPLE.
Urban Decay
After smoothing Williams’ base with Urban Decay’s All Nighter Concealer and All Nighter Foundation, she swept on the Urban Decay x Game of Thrones Mother of Dragons Highlighter Palette (using the shades Rhaegal and Drogon) across the tops of her cheekbones for a glamorous glow.

Then, Mann used the Urban Decay x Game of Thrones Eyeshadow Palette to give Williams a smoked out cat eye. Using the House Targaryen section of the palette — which includes a shimmery charcoal shade called Take the Black — to add drama to the look before swiping the shade Hardhome (a metallic champagne) over the brow bone for more dimension.
To pull together the monochromatic makeup, Mann applied the Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Backtalk all over Williams’ lips.
