In honor ofLeap Day, chain restaurants are offering freebies and discounted food on Feb. 29. Here are all the spots celebrating:
Burger King:Through March 1, customers can snag afree Whopper or Impossible Whopper. You need to make a purchase of $3 or more and order in the BK app or on bk.com to get the deal. Though this freebie is really in honor ofWendy’s announcing “dynamic pricing,“it falls on the right day regardless.
Chipotle:Guac doesn’t cost extra today for rewards members. To snag a free side or topping of guacamole with the purchase of an entrée, simply use the code EXTRA24 when placing an order online or through the app.
Dunkin’:If you run on Dunkin’ then you are able to get a $2 medium cinnamon vanilla coffee on Feb. 29. The deal is only for rewards members who order through the Dunkin' app.
Insomnia Cookies:Satisfy your sweet tooth with one free cookie when purchasing a six-pack. The Leap Day celebration lasts at the cookie spot through March 3.

Wendy’s:The fast food joint is observing Leap Day with a sweet breakfast deal. The brand’s new Cinnabon Pull-Aparts will be free for customers at Wendy’s restaurants during breakfast hours. Simply order in person, online or through the app.
Wings and Rings:Customers who buy 10 wings get five bonus wings for free on Feb. 29. There is a limit of two orders per customer and the promo is only available for takeout and in-store orders.
