The exclusive source tells PEOPLE that the exes and co-parents, both 52, celebrated the holidays as a family with kidsViolet, 19,Seraphina, 15, andSamuel, 12.
Garner and Affleck — who splitin 2015 after nearly 10 years of marriage— have seemingly been spending more time together since Affleck and exJennifer Lopezfiled for divorce in August.

TheElektrastar andArgodirector were spottedpicking up bagelstogether the morning of Dec. 7 and reportedly ate breakfast together before heading back to Affleck’s home. The pair then spent Thanksgiving Day together, volunteering with their three children atThe Midnight Mission’s annual Thanksgiving Street Fair, an event that helps feed L.A.’s homeless.

“They truly enjoy giving back to their community and cherishing quality time together as a family,” a source told PEOPLE at the time.

Another source previously shared that Garner “just wants her kids to be happy.”
“She will continue to make sure that they spend time together as a family and include Ben," added the insider.
“The kids enjoy when they all spend time together,” the source continued. “Jen’s grateful that Ben’s doing well. They are friends, but that’s it.”
Garner and her current partner,John Miller, a CEO and father of two, first connected in 2018 shortly before Garner and Affleck had finalized their divorce.

“Although the divorce was just finalized, Jen has considered herself single for a long time.Dating is just a natural step,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. “Jen will always care about Ben and help him be the best dad. She was very ready to move on though,” they added.
Garner and Miller split in late 2019 but reconnected in 2021 and have been going strong ever since. A source told PEOPLE in December 2024 that theAliasalum is “very happy” with her longtime boyfriend and “sees him almost every day.”
