To pair off Touch ID wth your gloves , merely reach the iPhone ’s configurations app and go to Touch ID & Passcode . Then tap on the “ lend a Fingerprint ” button . Then , follow the prompting and lift your ( gloved ) finger on the home button . Do this until you ’ve successfully paired the phone with your fingertip .
Now , no matter how dusty it is , you may still unlock your phone with your finger .
There are some caveat . Although this method work just okay with my glove ( I get mine from a mark calledEcho ) , some baseball mitt might not work as well . If you ’re very particular about your Touch ID / fingerprint scenario , try in the memory before purchasing . Also , this is n’t the most secure solution , because theoretically , anyone who steal my telephone could also just steal my gloves to also gain entree . So go on with care .
