The network announced that each half-hour episode will showcase “three weird, wonderful and wildly quirky homes and share the backstories of their buyers, sellers and unique histories” and share the creative ways the properties are marketed.
Viewers will then be told which homes were sold and for how much. A one-hour finale revealing the most over-the top property will complete the series.
Content is shared almost daily on the account, revealing the craziest pieces of real estate around the country, including agothic church transformed into a house, aBarbiecore homeanda castle, found on the popular marketplace databaseZillow, one ofPEOPLE’s 2023 Companies that Care.
Mezrahi revealed that he created Zillow Gone Wild after spotting the strangest homes “with bowling alleys, indoor pools, jail cells” listed on Zillow.
“For me, it’s been fun to see all the interesting homes that are out there,” Mezrahi toldBored Panda. “I’m surprised at how many people have built actual castles and how many insanely large mansions there are in places like Utah and Ohio.”

The account creator said that these wild homes are constructed from a “combination of taste and money” and added that the strangest home he has come across is “one with all the strawberries in the bunkers.”
Despite his fascination with the eccentric villa, Mezrahi concluded that he could not live in it. “I’d worry about having to vacuum all of that space,” he added jokingly.
