The radioactive component Iodine-131has been spread around Europein heightened concentrations and everyone is confused as to why it is happening or who is responsible . Hungary thinks they know who : the Budapest - based Institute of Isotopes .

For its part , the Institute of Isotopes denies any duty for this strange happening . It told AFP that levels around the university were o.k. and that if the university was responsible , it should have bring up grade as well .
