This Sam Hextall designed Scroll Pan works the same as a frying pan , but stores easily in a cupboard when rolled up . The cooking surface is supposed to be diphenyl silicone polymer ( plasma treated and Teflon coated ) , which makes it heatproof and flexible . Unless there ’s a lockup mechanism , we ’re not sure what would keep the pan tramp out instead of wave back up and splash whip pork all over your face . Nice innovation though .
