“ We are incredibly disappointed that we were require to leave our building and did everything possible to try and work with our landlords to remain but nothing seemed to change our destiny , ” states Janine Vaccarello , primary operating officeholder of the Crime Museum . “ But due to various circumstances with our lease correspondence , we really do n’t have a selection . While we empathize the DC real land food market is worthy , it does n’t make it easy to digest . People still have weeks forget that they can come in and see the museum before we close up , so they should take vantage ! ”

Janine Vaccarello , the chief operating officer of the museum , sound out that as part of its lease , the building owners have had the right since 2013 to ask the museum to vacate the dimension if it does not meet certain sales brink .
