The Village Voice has just put out a clever iPhone app call Best Of . The app essentially uses your positioning to assist you find every place that was voted the “ best of ” something — be it eatery or hot dog .
The great affair about the app is that it ’s “ utilizing the picks from publication like Houston Press , LA Weekly , Village Voice , Miami New Times and scores of other city guides and magazines ” rather of using some sort of vote system which could be apace gamed by businesses .
