Christopher Lee’s last message feels like a premonitory farewell

I ’m a huge devotee of Sir Christopher Lee . Not only did he have a repellant sense of humour and a great sprightliness philosophy , but he was a fantastic — and very underappreciated!—actor . After I saw his first film in Hammer ’s Dracula serial publication , he chat my childhood nightmares every day . He terrified me — and I loved every piece of it .

Maybe that is why his death make me so sad . He ’s an inbuilt part of my childhood , like many of the other great actors of that earned run average who are now gone — like his friends Peter Cushing and Vincent Price . And maybe that ’s why his last picture message , release on his personal YouTube Thomas Nelson Page on Christmas 2013,is so heartbreaking . It almost finger like a precursory farewell .

So long , Christopher Lee . I wish you could return from the nation of the stagnant like you didafter being killed at the end of every Dracula motion picture .
