This stunning picture demonstrate all the flights that cross Europe on a typical summer day . Beautifully enliven , it really provides a great penetration into the intensity of mod atmosphere travel .
It was create by NATS , one of the UK ’s air dealings restraint provider . Paul Beauchamp , from NATS , explains how it was made :
It ’s an merger of two data sources – UK radar data from 21 June and European flying plan information from 28 July – and it distinctly highlights the social organization of air space across the continent . A few highlights include the North Atlantic tracks that connect Europe with North America , the flight path that run up the spine of the UK , the holding stacks at London ’s capacity stretched airdrome and the military manoeuvres off Anglesey in Wales .

All told , it ’s a mesmerizing show of data point which I could model and watch all mean solar day long . [ NATSviaDigg ]
